Shipping policy

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders internationally to all countries included among shipping options at checkout.

Please note that Shineys reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order after it has been placed if our shipping partners are unable to deliver to the specified destination due to courier limitations, regulatory restrictions, or service suspensions beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • US, EU and Rest of the World: Express flat rate of $20. Free shipping is available for orders of $150 or more.

  • Lebanon: Flat rate of $5. Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • US, EU and Rest of the World: 5–8 business days from dispatch

  • Lebanon: 2–3 business days from dispatch

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery destination, courier operations, customs clearance, and other external factors. Shineys cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during peak periods may require additional processing time.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details and to track the order once dispatched.

Customs and Duties
Customs duties, taxes, and/or other fees may be levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shineys shall not be liable for any such charges incurred upon delivery.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
